Cyber readiness for hospitality & B2B

When something happens, your team knows what to do.

A suspicious message. A system outage. A possible data incident. KAIRON helps you assess risks, clarify responsibilities and prepare your team for the first steps.

With a particular focus on hospitality – together with your existing IT and security partners.

Your everyday operations

Security starts where people act.

Technology matters. So does your team's ability to spot unusual activity, report it safely and reach the right people.

For hotels, hotel groups, serviced apartments, restaurants and event venues. We adapt the scope and scenarios to your operation.

01

The booking looks real. The request might not be.

A message asks for new payment details or an unusual login. Does your team recognise the warning signs?

Goal: Recognise suspicious requests and report them through the right route.

02

The system stops. Your business must keep going.

Reservations, the PMS or the till are unavailable. Who coordinates, who informs and which fallback procedures apply?

Goal: Prepare responsibilities and agree the next steps.

03

A concern arises. A clear reporting route matters.

Guest or business data may be affected. Your team needs accessible contacts and approved procedures.

Goal: Escalate in an orderly way and record observations.

Tangible results

You get clarity. And next steps.

We distinguish documented observations, self-reports and open questions. You can see which actions are useful and which evidence is still missing.

An organisational review does not replace a technical security test. Technical testing and implementation are agreed separately when needed.

Illustrative report extract

The escalation contact is missing.

Observation
In a simulated interview, Front Office cannot find the responsible contact.
Possible impact
A suspicious message is passed on late.
Next step
Assign an owner, make contacts accessible and rehearse the route.
Evidence to review
Approved procedure and documented exercise.

Fictional example. Not a customer report or technical finding.

Working together

Your partners remain part of the plan.

Your IT provider knows your systems. Your team knows the operation. KAIRON helps connect organisational procedures and responsibilities.

Before starting, we agree who is involved, what information is needed and how confidential evidence is exchanged.

Assessment and software are separate decisions. Choose the support that suits your business.

01Clarify needs
Understand your situation, goals and partners.
02Agree scope
Define outcomes, participation, pricing and delivery.
03Review and prepare

An initial overview

Where do you stand today?

The free Hotel Readiness Check helps identify organisational gaps based on your answers. Results are visible without an email address.

The current check is designed for hotels. For other businesses, start with a conversation. Guidance from self-reporting, not a technical security certification.

Three questions to start

  • Do employees know where to report a concern?
  • Are internal and external escalation contacts accessible?
  • Have the first steps been rehearsed together?

Common questions

What to know before we start.

We already have an IT provider. Is KAIRON useful?

KAIRON can complement existing partners where responsibilities, reporting routes or staff exercises remain unclear. We agree how to work together.

Do you work with other B2B sectors?

Our particular focus is hospitality. For other businesses, we first establish whether the task and scope match our experience.

What does the engagement cost?

Pricing depends on scope, locations and delivery. Before engagement, you receive a proposal setting out services, your participation and costs. Implementation and travel may be listed separately.

Should we send confidential documents through the form?

No. A short description is enough for first contact. Required evidence is later exchanged through an agreed protected process.

Is KAIRON a reporting point for active incidents?

This sales contact form is not an emergency channel. Use your existing IT, security and emergency contacts during an active incident. Response times and support require a separate agreement.

The next step

Let's discuss what your business needs.

Tell us about your situation. We discuss a useful approach and whether KAIRON is the right partner for you.

One location or several. Hospitality or another sector. Let's start with your specific needs.

A short description is enough.

Our protected contact form sends your enquiry to KAIRON. No guest or customer data, passwords or confidential system documents are needed.
