Lobby Exposure Review Authorization

This document confirms authorization for a KAIRON SECURITY Lobby Exposure Review.
1. Purpose
The Lobby Exposure Review is a short on-site observational review designed to identify visible operational and human-layer security risks within guest-facing areas of hospitality environments. This service is not a penetration test or technical security audit.
2. Authorization
By requesting or approving this review, the client confirms that: • They are authorized to request a security review for the property • The property owner or responsible management has approved the review • KAIRON SECURITY is permitted to conduct the agreed review activities
3. Scope of Review
The Lobby Exposure Review may include: • Observation of guest-facing operational practices • Review of visible information exposure • Staff awareness observations in public areas • Review of visible screens, devices or documents • Observation of visitor access and movement patterns • Observation of publicly accessible network indicators All activities are limited to publicly accessible areas unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Activities Excluded
The review does not include: • Penetration testing • Exploitation of vulnerabilities • Access to internal systems • Testing booking or reservation systems • Testing payment systems • Bypassing security controls Any expanded testing requires a separate agreement.
5. Non-Disruption
KAIRON SECURITY will conduct the review in a way designed to avoid disruption to hotel operations, guests and staff.
6. Confidentiality
All observations will be treated as confidential and shared only with the requesting client unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Fee
The Lobby Exposure Review fee is €250. This fee may be credited toward future KAIRON SECURITY services where applicable.
8. Acceptance
By requesting the Lobby Exposure Review the client confirms acceptance of this authorization and the Terms & Conditions.
