Onboarding by agreement

Your hotel. Your team. Your reporting routes.

We agree pilot scope, responsibilities and participating locations. Hotel administrators then invite their team and establish the approved contacts and procedures.

Hospitality is the current pilot focus. For other B2B operations, we discuss suitability first.

What to know before starting.

Can I create a hotel account immediately?

The current pilot is invitation-only. Agree onboarding and scope with KAIRON before your team starts.

Does a report guarantee emergency assistance?

No. KAIRON Respond is not a guaranteed emergency service. Use your existing emergency contacts and approved procedures during an active incident. Support and response times require a separate agreement.

Are daily tasks and awareness already included?

These areas are proposed extensions. The available pilot scope is confirmed before onboarding.
