KAIRON SECURITY is operated by OWNITNOW LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use our website or services.
1. Information We Collect
The readiness check runs in your browser without an email requirement. Answers are sent only if you voluntarily submit an enquiry. That enquiry includes hotel, contact name, role, business email, optional telephone/message and any attached check answers. IP address, browser information, language and source page support submission protection and processing. Do not submit guest data, passwords or confidential documents.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for: • Responding to inquiries • Providing requested services • Delivering security assessments and recommendations • Improving website functionality • Internal analysis and service development • Communicating about services or updates We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Protection
KAIRON SECURITY takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users should be aware that internet transmissions may carry inherent risks.
4. Data Retention
Enquiries marked as closed without an order are automatically removed from the enquiry database six months after their last update, together with linked enquiry event records. Active enquiries and enquiries resulting in an order are reviewed separately according to their purpose and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email copies and provider backups are outside this database cleanup and must be managed separately.
5. Third-Party Services
The website uses Lovable hosting, a protected Supabase enquiry database, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection and Brevo for email delivery to KAIRON and the requester. These providers process the information necessary for their respective services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
